Why our service is honest and safe for you
We built the process to be transparent. Here is what it rests on, in brief.
We work only for you: assessing your request, preparing documents, coordinating viewings, support before and after move-in. We do not represent the landlord or act as a letting agent.
Public — only anonymised market signals: format, budget range, county. A specific option — in a private card after you apply. The exact address — in private chat after the landlord confirms.
Our account is a fixed support fee. Deposit and rent go direct to the landlord or a licensed intermediary. No mixed transfers.
We follow the Equal Status Acts. Filtering by HAP, nationality, having children, disability or other protected grounds is not allowed.
We say "an option to consider", "coordinating the viewing", "preparing documents" — and never "we guarantee housing" or "payment for results".
