Frequently asked questions

If your question isn't here, ask it in the channel.

01
Isn't this a scam?

The whole path to the viewing is free, and you pay only at contract signing. Housing money goes to the landlord directly, not to us.

02
How much does support cost?

The fee is fixed and known in advance — before any active support begins. It is not a percentage of rent.

03
I have no Irish references. Will you take me on?

These are exactly the cases we work with. A lack of history and references is not an obstacle on our route.

04
Do you guarantee an outcome?

No. Having options in progress does not mean automatic approval — the final decision rests with the landlord after reviewing documents. We bring you to that decision as prepared as possible.

05
Where do you operate?

Our current focus is County Wexford and the New Ross / Wexford Town / Curacloe / Tarmon corridor, plus the Athy / Castledermot line. The list is updated regularly.

06
What about the ARP scheme?

ARP is a temporary scheme for people who host beneficiaries of temporary protection in their home. It is not a contractual tenancy, and the scheme is winding down — it ends on 31 March 2027. We bring you into a full tenancy with a contract: a durable path that does not depend on the scheme’s timeline.

07
When and to whom do I pay for housing?

You pay the deposit and rent directly to the landlord or a licensed intermediary. Our fee is for support only.
