How the money works

Two separate streams. This is the core protection against scams.

Service fee

A fixed support fee, known in advance. Not a percentage of rent and not a "commission".

Housing money

Deposit and rent go direct to the landlord or a licensed intermediary. We never receive them.

When you pay

Payment is due at contract signing — after the viewing. Up to then, the application, review, shortlisting and viewing are free.
